Andrew Ashcroft

Andrew is a second-generation Turks & Caicos Islander who is close to his community. He spent 20+ years in various roles in banking and real estate investment throughout the Caribbean region. He was at the forefront of financing a number of major real estate projects, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, including The Gansevoort, Beach House, Blue Haven, and Alexandra. He also negotiated a significant deal with the Marriott Autograph Collection that saw 121 condos 100% sold out in 3 years – before construction had even concluded. Andrew’s impressive connections throughout the region are invaluable to clients as they navigate the many decisions involved in a real estate transaction in the Caribbean.

Katherine Baryluk

Katherine brings more than two decades of international real estate experience to the Corcoran Turks & Caicos team. Having lived and worked all over the world, she has gained recognition for her skills in sourcing, selling, and owning private islands. Katherine’s expertise spans all classes of luxury vacation homes and new development properties. She has mastered the art of providing bespoke service to discerning buyers and sellers, making her a favourite among a client list that includes some of the world’s most notable names in business and entertainment.

Anya Capron

Anya was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida and is connected to her native country, Sri Lanka, all while deeply rooted to her family in the Turks and Caicos Islands. As a global Director Owner of Corcoran, Anya is fluent in English, Spanish and Singhalese. Anya’s top-level professional service, intuitive thought process and enthusiasm serves her well while engaging with clients and prospective buyers. Anya is able to provide a breadth of real estate knowledge to help ease the transition of foreign real estate investment, especially in regards to transitioning from North American markets to the Caribbean. With an adventurous spirit and many years of international travel, Anya learned the importance of experiencing diverse cultures. Anya has been featured in several interviews in UK and Sri Lankan journals, highlighting her worldwide travels, sense of style, and even filmed with The Real Housewives here in Turks and Caicos. This exposure to alternative perspectives combined with a passion for history and culture helped to develop an open mind, a clear understanding and compassion for people. Anya completed her undergraduate and masters studies at the University of Miami and now applies her Masters in Public Health to a non-profit foundation dedicated to expanding access to health care to underserved populations in Sri Lanka in conjunction with Serendipity Found. As event planner for Caicos Events, Anya utilizes her flare for fashion and décor while building a network of clientele and business connections throughout Turks & Caicos Islands including serving as Event Producer for the Turks & Caicos Film Festival. Balancing work life and home life, Anya enjoys cooking, boating, wake boarding, and beach time with her young family.

Stephanie Leathers, Esq.

Stephanie is a Member of the State Bar of Georgia. She was the State’s top residential agent in 2005, generating USD$30 million in sales. Before this, she singlehandedly sold 133 residential and four commercial units at the Gameday Center before construction was complete. Stephanie also spearheaded The Leathers Building renovation from a 27,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to a massive mixed-used development comprising office and retail space, along with 27 condos.

Adrian Archer

Adrian is a native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, who grew up in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Adrian began his career working on the exclusive Amanyara and Parrot Cay projects. His love for design, architecture, and sales led him to build a successful career in the real estate industry. Adrian prides himself on providing an outstanding client experience; his knowledge of the islands, their culture, infrastructure, and the best places to live and play, is invaluable to clients.
