Katherine brings more than two decades of international real estate experience to the Corcoran Turks & Caicos team. Having lived and worked all over the world, she has gained recognition for her skills in sourcing, selling, and owning private islands. Katherine’s expertise spans all classes of luxury vacation homes and new development properties. Stephanie is a Member of the State Bar of Georgia. She was the State’s top residential agent in 2005, generating USD$30 million in sales. Before this, she singlehandedly sold 133 residential and four commercial units at the Gameday Center before construction was complete. Stephanie also spearheaded The Leathers Building renovation from a 27,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to a massive mixed-used development comprising office and retail space, along with 27 condos.
Adrian is a native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, who grew up in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Adrian began his career working on the exclusive Amanyara and Parrot Cay projects.
